The New Recliner
The new recliner showed up on Saturday. The
delivery guys had said sometime between 7 and 10 AM. I was hoping they would be
late but the doorbell rang at 8
AM.
They brought everything up just
fine and set the chair up. I looked it over. All was
good.
Because of my back, I haven't
spent more than an hour in it but its NICE! I asked Heather what she thought
with it in the apartment and she said it makes the rest of furniture look
crappy. Yeah, it does.
The cats seem to
like it as well. They haven't clawed it yet though, which is promising. We're
probably going to bring some scratching posts nearby just in case. They all like
the wide arms. Even Sarah hopped up and curled up on one while I was in the
chair. She's never done that
before.
Anyway, thanks Mom for the
chair! I know I owe you a little. The check will be on the way shortly. : ) And
thanks to both Mom and Dad for the day we spent picking it
out.
Once my back is better, I will be
living in the recliner full-time.
