Its Raining Frogs
Discovered a frog (or toad - I couldn't
tell. I suppose a toad would make more sense) on the skylight in our
bedroom.
I don't know how the guy got himself up there but
I'm guessing it has to do with a leap from a tree. Hopefully, he can/did get
himself down. He was still there when it was getting dark but was gone when I
went to bed (when it was raining much harder). Despite being only inches away,
the only way I could reach him would be to get the ladder and climb onto the
steep
roof.
I had to get out the tripod and use a chair to get this shot. The flash didn't work with the glass and unless I got really close, the screen received the focus.
In other news, the 3rd annual trip to Baxter State Park and Mt. Katahdin was last week. I should hopefully have a report up with photos for that soon.
